FxFoto: Many programs promise to help organize and edit your large collection of digital photographs, but Triscape's FxFoto 2.0 has an unexpected twist: The Standard Edition of the software is available as a free download. There is no spyware and it's not a crippled version. I'm very impressed with this program folks. It's only 1.8MB and works on Win98 and up. - Phil

Just Right Click Greeting Card This is a simple and free application for digital camera users to print out greeting cards of their photographs. Key Features are that it is a very small application (863KB), and that it has real-time print preview as you design your greeting card. Karen's Print Logger v2.4.1 - Know what documents you print, when and where you print them. Karen's Print Logger records each completed print job in a special log file. The log file can be viewed, sorted, and imported into your favorite spreadsheet or word processor. Pretty nifty program. - Phil

Karen's Directory Printer This program can print the name of every file on a drive along with the file's size, date and time of last modification, and attributes (Read-Only, Hidden, System and Archive)! You can also list the files sorted by name, size, date created, date last modified, or date of last access.

To have it on your website, simply upload all the files generated for you to your website.

Purrint - Even when the "Print Screen" key works, it doesn't always print out what you want to see. Purrint lets you preview your screen captures before you print them out. You can save them in .bmp, jpg, or ..png format. If you want to automate the process such as, choose a default folder or let the program name your images after the dominant open window, click the kitty image for more options.

Photo Presenter - Photo Presenter makes it easy for anyone to view digital photos on a PC with a minimum of program controls cluttering up the display. Photo Presenter also makes it easy for anyone to add captions to their photos and it has lots of other features.

Photo Resizing Made Easy! - If you are using Windows XP you may want to try using Image Resizer in XP's PowerToys download section. It makes it easy to resize an image by just right clicking on it and selecting "resize". That brings up a menu of resize choices including one for PDA's. Image Resizer also does batch resizing. This is all very useful in creating smaller photos before they are e-mailed. Nice!

The program will automatically layout all your different prints using the LEAST amount of space so you waste less photo paper when you cut them out. * Free download, you just can't print as many sheets as with the registered version but it works Great

PrintFile is a freeware MS Windows utility program that will enable you to print files fast and easily. The program recognizes plain text, PostScript, Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) and binary formats. Using this program can save you a lot of paper and thereby also saving valuable natural resources.

SetPrinter - This small application (40kb) is designed to make it easy to switch the Windows Default Printer. Simply right click on the SetPrinter Icon in the taskbar, and then click on the printer you wish to use as default. The current default printer is shown with a checkmark. Pretty nifty... and easy!

Print DeskTop - automatically sends a copy of what's on your monitor screen to the default printer without having to copy the screen to the Clipboard first. This is an easy little utility to use. It integrates itself into the Start button menu. To send a copy of the screen to the printer, simply click on that Start button link and the process is carried out right then and there.

FancyFax allows you to create fancy fax cover sheets which can be printed and used with any standalone fax machine. If you have a faxmodem installed in your computer you can fax single page sheets directly from the program. It features: 6 amusing images to dress up your cover sheet (or you can add your own colorful BMP image); a choice of any font or size, etc.; your message can be up to 5,000 characters (over 60 lines of normal-sized text); and more! In many cases you only need to send the single sheet and you can compose and send your fax from within this program. pdfFactory - The first PDF creation tool designed for non-expert users. With pdfFactory, anyone can create PDF documents that can be published on web sites, emailed or archived. pdfFactory supports all international languages including symbolic fonts, Asian and Central European fonts. Among its features: automatically combines multiple documents into a single PDF, page insert/delete, send as email. You may download a trial version of pdfFactory. ** The trial version does not have a time limit but prints an advertisement at the bottom of each sheet. When the program is purchased, the advertisement and the page limitation will be removed.

FTPrint (Fast Text Print) allows you to print text files under Windows 95/98/NT/2000 in a printer's text mode. Usually, when printing text files under Windows, the printer operate in a graphics mode. For dotmatrix and inkjet printers text mode printing is faster than graphics and more economical. Save Time and Money! If your printer is dotmatrix or inkjet and your text doesn't contain complex formatting (source code, documentation, logs, books, etc), print it with FTPrint. But FTPrint divides text into pages for your convenience and also you can use different printer's fonts and styles (bold, condensed, canvas, quality, etc.) Note: The free trial is fully functional but prints a small header line ad for the program.

Form Pilot -- Do ya have a typewriter? I don't either but with this cool freebie, you don't need one! Form Pilot is specially designed for filling in paper forms (of any type) on your computer. It makes typewriters obsolete! Here's how it works: First, scan your paper form.... then open the form image in Form Pilot. Fill in the form on the screen and print it out. Now your form is ready to file or mail out! Note: free trial version prints out a small header and/or footer ad for the software.

Printer Changer -- A simple little program that allows you to easily change your default printer. Access is provided from a system-tray icon menu that shows all available printers; a check mark indicates your current printer. Simply make a selection from the menu to make the change.PrintChanger has one additional feature: the system-tray icon indicates the current date. It's very easy to use -- and it's free!

WPrinter Lite -- A handy, freeware system tray-based utility that lets you change your Windows 95/98 default printer with only two mouse clicks. Make 3D images from 2D graphics! PhotoModeler Lite is a free application that helps you to extract measurements and 3D models from photos. By using a camera as an input device, the program allows you to capture a lot of accurate detail in a short amount of time. It then organizes the model building process by letting you trace over the pictures on the screen. To use it, take several photos of a scene or an object and open them in the program. Then mark each photo with the mouse, tracing and tagging features of interest.

The software then combines the photos and locates the marked features in 3D. The marks become accurately measured points, lines, or polygons in a single, unified 3D space. 3D points, 3D lines, surface meshes, and cylinders are created and may be exported in DXF, 3DS, and VRML formats. And, this is really neat: Photo-derived textures are extracted right from the original photographs and output and mapped to a 3D object. Photocopier-- Got a scanner and a printer? Why not combine those two into a copy machine? Photocopier lets you put a document on your scanners platen, start Photocopier and press its Copy button. After a few moments your printer produces a copy of the document. Photocopier takes the hassle out of scanning. No difficult settings to make, very user friendly. And it's free!

Folk's, there's so much more you can do with this program, not nearly enough room to list it all here so take a look and do try it. Picasa truly is a great tool.
